Who are we?

Wenzhou Coch Energy Co.,Ltd is a professional high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research, development, production and sales of alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen generator equipment.  COCH takes scientific management and quality assurance system and the development of zero-carbon energy as its own responsibility, and constantly develops and innovates. In 2004, COCH established the technical team in Shanghai to deeply cultivate the hydrogen energy industry.  After 20 years of technical precipitation, COCH can currently produce non-metallic pole frame water electrolysis hydrogen generator equipment with a single tank body of 2Nm³--2000Nm³, which is coupled with the second-level dynamic reaction of renewable energy and realizes the characteristics of miniaturization, rapid start-up and no electric corrosion of alkaline electrolyzers. COCH hydrogen generator equipment is suitable for renewable energy hydrogen generating and energy storage, chemical hydrogenation, steelmaking, oil refining, hydrogenation station of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, non-ferrous metal metallurgy, aerospace, power plant cooling, float glass, polysilicon processing and many other industries.  These equipment have been exported to many countries such as the United States, Russia, Spain, Finland, Japan, South Korea etc.

What is hydrogen production equipment?

Hydrogen production equipment is a device used for producing hydrogen. Common types include water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment, which generates high-purity hydrogen by electrolyzing water. Methanol reforming hydrogen production equipment, which uses methanol and water to react under certain conditions to produce hydrogen. Natural gas reforming hydrogen production equipment uses natural gas as raw material to react with steam to obtain hydrogen. Its key components include electrolytic cells, reforming reactors, pressure swing adsorption devices, etc. Hydrogen production equipment can be used as fuel for fuel cells in the energy sector, for the synthesis of chemical products and petroleum refining in the chemical industry, and for metal heat treatment in the metallurgical sector, etc. With the development of technology, hydrogen production equipment is moving towards higher efficiency, larger scale and cleaner operation to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and meet the demands of large-scale industrial production and environmental protection.

How to compatible electrolyzers with renewable energy?

We use multiple stacks working with BOP to enlarge load range.  Customizedproject will based on different inquires of load.5. Are you able to do containerized electrolyzer? For one 40ft HQ container, the max capacity is 100Nm3/h unit.  For two 40ft HQcontainer, the max capacity is 300Nm3/h unit.

How can we monitor safety data?

We have H2 analyzer, O2 analyzer, O2 in H2 analyzer and dew point analyzer tomonitor data. Please calibrate analyzers once three months.

What's your degradation?

For continuous operation, our 10 years degradation is less than 5%

Why do you use Non-metallic Frame for Stack?

First, for safety concerns.  Metallic frame is made of steel with Nickel plating. When KOH lye goes through the stack, there is electro-corrosion happening in themetallic frame.  There is risk that hydrogen and oxygen combined in the stack. Non-metallic frame can avoid this problem.

Second, for shipping concerns.  Non-metallic frame stack is 50% lighter andsmaller than metallic frame stack.  Better and cheaper for shipping. Third, for environmental concerns.  Metallic frames need Nickel plating.  lt willdamage the environment.  Also our stack does not need V205 which is poisonous.
